CPL(A) - Commercial Pilot Licence (Aeroplane)

General information

CPL(A) – Commercial Pilot Licence (Aeroplan) course is for you to become a professional pilot and it opens up the opportunity for you to enter the world of commercial aviation. With this license, you can take a job as a corporate pilot, and after gaining additional qualifications – sit at the controls of large airplanes or become an instructor.

The training for a professional pilot consists flights in a covered cabin, without the visibility of the ground, and many route flights to small forest landing sites and large communication airports. In addition, you will gain experience on a complex class aircraft with at least 4 seats, retractable landing gear and variable propeller pitch.

 

CPL(A) Theory

To finish your theory course you will have to attend 250 HOURS of study.

We use our e-learning platform, additionally, we meet during lectures and consultations with our instructors.

After the theoretical training, you will have a state exam at the Aviation Examination Board. And we will certainly prepare you perfectly for this.

 

 

CPL(A) Practice

PRACTICAL TRAINING IS 25H IN THE AIR.

The training takes place on Cessna 150/152, Cessna 172, Tecnam p2008 mk II, PZL 150 Koliber airplanes and on Pa-28 Arrow or Pa-34 Seneca II.
The practical part includes flights with full visibility, flights in simulated IMC conditions that require pilots to fly primarily by reference to instruments, and therefore under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR), rather than by outside visual references under Visual Flight Rules (VFR). It will also include the flights on a complex class airplane.

 

CPL(A) Requirements

Age:

At least 18 years of age on the day of entering the training

Aero-medical certificates:

A Class 1

Minimum education degree:

Secondary Education
