The Aeroclub of the Lubusz Province where OSL AZL Aviation Training Center has its place is starting the construction of the brand new Aircraft Mechanics Training Center! One of its elements will be the Aircraft Service Station, located in the new hangar to be built.
As a result, both practical training of future aviation mechanics, as well as maintenance and repair of aircraft, will be held there and all that in one place!
The construction of the hangar will cost almost PLN 4 million. The facility will be erected by a construction consortium from Poznan, which won the tender for the implementation of this investment. As Artur Haładyn emphasizes, everything will take place in the “design and build” program.
- It will be a unique place that may have a significant impact on the development of the aviation industry in our region
– says Jarosław Gniazdowski, deputy director of The Aeroclub of the Lubusz Province (AZL) who is very excited about the contract signed for the construction of the Airplane Service Station.
Let us add that the Aviation Mechanics Training Center is being established as part of the “Professionals” project co-financed by EU funds.
The construction is to be completed already next year!
