Remember the emergency landing in Warsaw, Poland - November 1, 2011 after Boeing 767's landing gear failed to open with 231 people on board? Capt. Tadeusz Wrona was the person in charge and landed on that plane's belly. No one has ever done it successfully in history and he handled the descent so smoothly that many on board felt like the plane made on its wheels. Long before he had become a commercial pilot it all started in here - OSL AZL - where he learned to fly. He has a true passion for glider and said himself many times that knowing and loving gliders so much helped him a lot to make this sensationaly perfect landing.

Former commander of the 3rd Tactical Aviation Squadron and the 31st Air Base which is the biggest military unit of Polish Air Force. The leader and the founder of Żelazny Aerobatic Group - one of the world’s top aerobatic teams. A team which is famous for performing the most difficult and spectacular aerobatic maneuvers. Today, Żelazny Aerobatic Group has a proven track record of excellent displays i.a. in South Korea, Germany, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and many other countries. It is also present at all Polish air shows.
