CPL(H) - Commercial Pilot License (Helicopter)
General information
The CPL(H) is a professional helicopter pilot license and this is a very advanced aviation training, upon completion of which you can start working as a helicopter pilot.
The practical training is carried out at a very high level, hence the high entry requirements for candidates. A lot of emphasis is placed on practicing emergency procedures, flights in simulated IMC conditions, and flights from a restricted area in various configurations.
CPL(H) Theory
It is 25 hours of theoretical course. We use our e-learning platform, additionally, we meet during lectures and consultations with our instructors.
After the theoretical training, you will have a state exam at the Aviation Examination Board. And do not worry – we will certainly prepare you perfectly for this.
CPL(H) Practice
PRACTICAL TRAINING IS 20 HOURS in the sky.
The training takes place on the Robinson R-44 helicopter.
The practical part includes the practice of emergency procedures, flights in simulated IMC conditions, flights from a restricted area in various configurations and navigation flights.
CPL(H) Requirements
Age:
At least 18 years of age
Aero-medical certificates:
A Class 1
Total flight hours – min 155h (including 50h PIC and 10h of navigated flights)
