General information
At the Aeroclub of the Lubuskie Region we provide professional drone training based on current European regulations and real aviation practice. Our courses are designed for beginners, hobbyists and future professional operators who want to develop their skills safely and effectively.
UAVO Theory
The theoretical part of the training is delivered entirely through our modern e‑learning platform. You can study at your own pace with 24/7 access to materials. During the practical training we reinforce and expand the theoretical knowledge, focusing on real operational procedures, safety and mission planning.
Topics covered include:
– aviation regulations and operational rules
– meteorology and weather assessment
– human factors and operational safety
– mission planning and risk assessment
– aircraft systems and technical fundamentals
– operational procedures and emergency handling
UAVO Practice
The practical training covers aircraft configuration, mission planning, documentation, pre‑flight procedures and safe flight execution in various conditions. You will learn take‑offs, landings, maneuvering, visual navigation, landing accuracy and emergency procedures — all under the supervision of experienced instructors and active pilots.
UAVO Requirements
Our training follows the current European categories of drone operations:
A1/A3
– no medical examination required
– suitable for beginners
A2
– minimum age: 16
– additional practical training and online exam
Standard Scenarios (STS)
– minimum age: 18
– practical training and on‑site examination
– additional operational requirements according to EASA rules
